How to paint a dark blue on white and make it look perfect?

I started painting my room a dark blue. I have painted more white primer. Unfortunately, the paint job looks horrible. You can see the type of white through the blue paint. It's like some parts are lighter than others. I'm thinking of giving it a second coat, but I'm not sure yet. Will this affect the color? I want the color is still the same. Well, simply, shows the first through the white paint dark blue real.

you should gray primer paint under dark colors. make another layer … even be need a third party. that will make the deep blue color and complete. then it will truly be the color you chose. If you are using a gloss paint, give it a light quick sand (a fine sanding sponge) and cover better. lj
